Ok, I got it

Thinking about signing up for a domain? Or maybe you want to spice up the domain you already own? Then read on. Hopefully, these tips might work...

1. Always give credit.
Have you gotten some graphic from a website? Then you MUST credit/link the website. This is to let your visitors know that you got this from there. You wouldn't want your questbook filling with the same message saying, “Where did you get that graphic?”

2. DONNOT steal.
There are two types of stealing.

a.) Is saying that you made ALL graphics on your website when you know that you didn't
b.)And this one is direct linking.

3. Have a nice and neat layout.

4. Make sure your website content is appropriate.
Donnot put in mean and gross words in your website! Who would want to read that, anyways. Some images may look funny to you but it is actually inappropriate to others.

5. Donnot put in music on your website.
Hey, it's legal to put some tunes on your site if you really need to, but make sure it has that stop/play thing so if the visitor doesn't want to listen to some tunes, he/she can stop the music.

6. Learn HTML.
This is, especially, a good idea if you are planning to make your website an HTML help/doll website.

7. Update often.
Some people who're online want to see what's new in your website. So add an update box or section in your website. Always remember to update everyday.

8. DONNOT copy other websites.
This is just so annoying and this also isn't cool! You should make your website UNiQUE and make sure it's ORiGINAL.

9. Have fun!
Making a website is about having fun. So whether it be a doll website or a personal one, make sure you have fun along the way!

Remember that...

You can't please everybody.
If you get two suggestions- one saying “Change your layout” while the other says “Love your layout”- follow the one you think is much better for your website. Or better yet, think up your own answer. If you follow one's suggestion, the other won't be very pleased. So I guess it's better to follow YOUR OWN SELF rather than unpleasing one/both person/s.

Having a website is HARD WORK.
Having a website isn't always easy and fun. You get spammed, people copy your hard work and sometimes, people even imitate you! Here's what to do if....

Someone imitates you.
Just take it easy and send the person a message. Don't get too angry!

Someone copies your hard work.
Well, here's some information I gathered up from LissaExplains.com:

How do I copyright my site?   From the moment you publish your site on the Web, as long as the content truly belongs to you, your site is copyrighted by law and you can use the © sign on your site.

Was that content truly yours? If it was, then your website is copyright and you can tell that person about this information.

You get a spam that says your website sucks.
Hey, we can't please everybody.

I hope these tips worked for your website. If these tips did, then please try to link us. Thank you.
